Adam Berg has spent the last 20+ years of his career in Emergency Services working as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher as well as an EMT. He shares a deep passion for both serving our communities and exploring the world. Growing up in a travel industry household where his Father was a DSM (District Sales Manager) for a major Cruise Line, and his Mother a travel agent herself , travel has always been a big part of his life.

From an early age, Adam was fortunate to have the opportunity to immerse himself in this industry and learn valuable insights, particularly from his exceptional role models – his parents. Emphasizing the significance of excellent customer service, Adam continuously engages in training and continuing education programs sponsored by our partner Cruise Lines and Resorts.
